Overview
This release introduces performance improvements for the Tech App and client/invoice search, refines the dispatch schedule view for better readability, and implements new validation rules for booking sources. It also addresses several bugs related to recurring appointments, AI agent logic, and report generation.
New Features & Enhancements
Search Capabilities
Invoice Search Improvements:
Increased Result Limit: We have increased the maximum number of search results returned when searching by invoice number from 10 to 50.
Duplicate Removal: The search logic has been updated to filter out duplicate results, ensuring a cleaner list of invoices.
Hierarchy Consistency: The invoice search now handles organizational hierarchies consistently, ensuring accurate results regardless of the user's position within the parent/child structure.
Expanded Client Search: We have improved the visibility of client data across complex organizational structures. Users operating within a "middle-tier" parent company (a parent that is also a child of another entity) can now search for and retrieve client data from all downstream child bases.
Booking & Operations
Source Selection Validation: CSRs are no longer permitted to manually select the "Recurring Appointment" source when creating a booking. If selected, the system will display a warning prompting the user to choose a different, valid source.
Dispatch Console
Schedule Card View Update: To reduce visual clutter, the Work Record Total (and its accompanying change indicator arrow) will now only appear on the schedule card if a change has occurred that differs from the original booking. The Booking Total will continue to be displayed at all times.
Performance
Tech App Optimization: The process of removing line items from invoices within the Tech App has been optimized for faster response times.
Bug Fixes
System Administration: Fixed an error that occurred when attempting to deactivate a company entity.
Recurring Appointments: Resolved an issue where recurring appointment subscriptions were failing to expire correctly.
AI Agent (Anna): Fixed a logic error where the AI Agent was incorrectly booking appointments for contacts flagged as "Do Not Service."
Reporting: Fixed a bug in the Upcoming Appointments report that caused errors when generating the report in XLSX (Excel) format.
Booking Logs: Fixed a display issue where the booking logs indicated an image was successfully uploaded as an attachment even when the upload to the S3 bucket had failed.
Promo Codes: Fixed a validation bug on the Booking page where the "Required Item" check for a promo code would fail to display if the promo code was added to the cart before the required service.
