Overview

This release introduces customizable tip percentages, expands administrative permission controls for enhanced security, and adds the ability to adjust revenue types on existing bookings for more accurate reporting. It also includes automated cleanup for waivers, a new Payroll Management view, usability improvements across Zones and Products, and a key fix for the online booking flow.

New Features & Enhancements

Invoicing & Payments

• NEW! Percentage-Based Tipping: The main tip options for customers are now calculated as a percentage of the final invoice. Customers also retain the option to enter a custom, flat dollar amount.

  • Utility: You can centrally manage the preset percentage tiers and toggle tip requests on or off in Admin > Invoice.

• UI Cleanup: Hid the "Launch Letesoft Point of Sale" control from the CSR Mode > Add Credit Card Payment screen to streamline the interface.

Admin & Permissions

• Delegated Permission Management: Introduced new high-level permissions: User - Grant Admin Reservations Write, User - Grant Message Center Write, User - Grant Services Write, and User - Grant Payroll Management/Publish.

  • Utility: This allows authorized users (who also hold the Users - Write permission) to grant specific administrative permissions to other users without needing full system access.

• Secure Defaults: To enhance baseline security, sensitive permissions will now default to unchecked when adding a new or existing user to any base.

  • Impacted Permissions: Technician - Adjust Booking, Users - Write, Services - Write, Message Center - Write, Admin Reservations - Write, Payroll - Management (New), and Payroll - Publish.

• Payroll Management: Introduced a new, dedicated Payroll Management view.

Bookings & Reporting

• Revenue Type Adjustment: Users can now toggle existing booked jobs between "revenue" and "non-revenue" types directly within the edit booking screen.

  • Utility: This provides bases with greater control over their data, ensuring Call Source reporting and KPIs (specifically cancellation rates) remain more accurate.

• Source Tracking: Booking logs will now capture the initial source on new bookings and explicitly log any time a source is changed on an existing booking.

• Anna AI in Mobile Reporting: You can now see AI Agent data in the sourcing section of the mobile reporting for individual bases.

AI Agent & Scheduling

• AI Agent Guardrails: Updated scheduling rules to prevent the AI Agent (Anna) from mistakenly checking availability for jobs marked as canceled, completed, or lost.

System Configuration

• Automated Waiver Cleanup: Services are now automatically removed from waivers in Admin > Waiver once those services have been deactivated and are no longer attached to any upcoming bookings.

• Zone Management: Users with the Zones - Write permission can now bulk-remove postal codes within Admin > Zones.

• Product Search: Enhanced the search and filtering capabilities within the Admin > Products and Services interface.

Bug Fixes

• Online Booker: Resolved an issue where customers were not automatically prompted to select a new appointment time after modifying their requested services to a completely different department.
