How to set up Promo Codes that work with Impact.

A promo code will need to be created in the Impact site. Impact > Content > Promo Codes.

A promo code with the same name will need to be created in Zr Ware. Zr Ware > Admin > Promotion Codes. Make sure you check the Impact Affiliate checkbox in the setup process.

How does the Impact Integration work?

Online Booker:
Scenario 1: A customer will click on a generated link from the affiliate that takes them to the online booker and has the promo code in the url. The promo code will automatically apply to the booking.

Scenario 2: A customer gets a promo code from the affiliate and adds the the promo code in the online booker manually.

Call Center:

Customer calls in with the promo code and the CSR adds the promo code manually.

Bookings with Impact Affiliate Promo Codes will be sent over to Impact when the job is closed and the affiliates will be paid accordingly. 

How does the Impact Sourcing work?

Online Booker: 

When a customer clicks on a url link from an affiliate, that url should have a parameter in it that will tell Zr Ware to create a new Impact source in Admin > Sources (if one doesn't already exist).

When a Commercial customer clicks on a url link and uses the online booker to request being contacted, when a Zr Ware user processes that request in Admin > Dashboard, the clients original source will be auto assigned and the first booking created for this client will have a Impact source auto assigned.
