Referral Rock Integration

What is Referral Rock?

Referral Rock offers a referral automation software that integrates with Zr Ware® and helps you get more business using the influence of your own customers.

What are the Referral Requirements?

• A member must have at least one complete booking in the same base as the Referrals.
• Referrals must be a new customer in the same base as the member.
• The base must be opted into this Referral Rock program.

How does it work?

1. (Base) Send a support ticket in requesting to join the Referral Program.

2. (Corporate) Marketing/IT will begin the initial configuration.

3. (Corporate/Base) Your base will receive Referral Rock training.

5. (Corporate) We will give access to the Referral Rock program to a member of your base.

6. (Base) You will provide a link to customers where they can join the Zerorez Referral Rock member program. Similar to the image below.

3. Once signed up, the member(referrer) will have access to a Referral Dashboard. Included in the Dashboard is:

• Links to start sharing
• Insights on their Referrals and Rewards. 

4. Referrals receives a link to book from Member(Referrer). The link will take them to a Landing page/online booker. 

• A cookie will be added to their browser to auto source their first booking to Referral Rock. Cookie lasts 60 days. The system will look at the URL param first and then the cookie is a fallback.
  
  
• The URL should have the company Id in it that will prevent the program from crossing bases.
• Referral Program Managers from each base and the members(Referrers) will have access to view the status on each Referral.

5. On completion of a booking that matches all the requirements, the status of the Referral will switch to Approved and the process of rewarding the Member will be available.
