To access the Bookings tab, click Bookings in the main navigation bar. This section provides a comprehensive list of all bookings, displayed chronologically by their creation date by default.
Search and Filter Controls
At the top of the tab, you will find several controls to search for and filter your bookings.

By Date Booked / By Appointment Date: Toggle between these two options to define your date-based search criteria. The active criterion is highlighted in blue.
- By Date Booked: Searches for bookings based on the date they were created in the system.
- By Appointment Date: Searches for bookings based on the scheduled date of the appointment itself.
- Date Selector: Use this calendar tool to select the specific date or date range for your search, based on the criterion selected above.
- Toggle Print Mode: Click this icon to switch to a printer-friendly view of the bookings list.
- Name Filter: After setting your date criteria, you can further refine the results by typing a client's name into this field.

Booking Type Filter: Use this dropdown menu to filter bookings by how they were created:
- All: Displays all bookings, regardless of origin.
- CSR: Shows only bookings created manually by a Customer Service Representative (CSR).
- Online: Shows only bookings created automatically through the online booking portal.
- AI Agent: Shows only bookings created by the AI agent.
- Include Pending Recurring Appointments: This checkbox is unchecked by default, meaning only individual, non-recurring appointments and confirmed recurring appointments will be shown. Check this box to expand your search results to include pending recurring appointments.

Understanding the Booking Details
Each row in the results list provides the following details for a single booking:
- Client Name: Displays the name of the client. Click the name to navigate directly to the detailed Booking Screen for that entry.
- Client Flag: Shows any status flags associated with the client (e.g., VIP, Do Not Contact).
- Appointment Date: The scheduled date of the appointment.
- Billing Address: The billing address associated with the booking.
- Appointment Details: Shows the time and assigned route (if applicable) for the appointment. This section is highlighted in green if the job's status is "Complete."
- Booking Amount: The total dollar value of the booking.
- Created By: Identifies who created the booking (e.g., a CSR's name or "Booked Online"). Hover your cursor over a CSR's name to view a tooltip with the exact creation timestamp.
- Source: The marketing or referral source of the booking.
- Status: The current status of the booking (e.g., Booked, Complete, Canceled).
- Edit Notes: Click the pencil icon to open a modal window where you can add or edit notes specific to this booking.

Products/Services: Click the expand arrow (
▸) to view a list of all products and services included in the booking. If a product has a description, it will be displayed after the product name, separated by a hyphen (-).
⚠️ Caution: Editing Concurrent Notes
The Booking Notes section does not update in real-time. If you open the notes to edit them, you are viewing the version that existed when you first loaded the Bookings tab. If another user modifies the notes while you have the page open, your changes will overwrite theirs upon saving.
To ensure you have the most recent version, please refresh the page before editing notes.
