Each entry in this glossary is structured for clarity and ease of use:

To ensure clarity, please note the following conventions:
- Cross-References: Column names that refer to other terms within this glossary are placed in quotation marks. For example, the definition for "Job Average" is
"Total Revenue" / "Number of Jobs". - Numbered Terms: When a column name like
Amounthas different meanings in different reports, it will be numbered sequentially, such asAmount(1)andAmount(2). - Descriptive Parentheses: In some cases, parentheses are used to make a column name more descriptive, but the text within them is not part of the actual column name. For example,
Tax(Amount)andTax(Rate)both appear asTaxin reports, but the parentheses clarify which definition is being used.

Add-On Revenue
- Definition: The total dollar amount of changes a technician makes to a booking for items that are flagged to "affect upsell."

Add-On Revenue + Adjustments
- Definition: The sum of "Add-On Revenue" and "Adjustments." This metric is typically found in older or legacy reports.
- Reports: Completed Jobs (Old), Revenue by Source (Old), Tech Daily Summary (Old), Technician Close Out Report (Old)
Add-On Revenue + Adjustments Percent
- Definition: The percentage of revenue derived from the sum of "Add-On Revenue" and "Adjustments." Found in legacy reports.

Add-On Revenue Commission
- Definition: The commission percentage a technician receives from the "Add-On Revenue" they generate.
- Reports: Payroll
Add-On Revenue Percent (%)
- Definition: The value of "Add-On Revenue" divided by "Total Revenue."

Add-On Revenue Percent 2
- Definition: This is the add-on of each item divided by their total add-on for the period.

Address
- Definition: The physical address associated with a client or booking.
- Reports: All Leads, Clients by Metadata, Promo Codes, Promo Codes (Booked)
Variations:
- Default Billing Address: Indicates if the address is the designated default for billing on the client's profile. (Reports: Clients by Metadata)
- Primary Address: Indicates if the address is the designated primary address on the client's profile. (Reports: Clients by Metadata)
Adjustable By Tech
- Definition: Corresponds to the "Allow tech to update quantities" setting for a product in Admin > Products & Services.
- Reports: Product Report
Adjustments
- Definition: The total dollar amount of changes a technician makes to a booking for items that are not flagged to "affect upsell."
- Reports: Base Daily Summary, Tech Daily Summary, Tech Daily Summary ("As Leader")
Affects Add-on
- Definition: A product setting that determines if changes made to its quantity or price on an invoice will affect "Add-On Revenue" (upsell) totals or "Adjustments" totals.

Affects Payroll
- Definition: A product setting that determines whether the item is included in commission calculations for payroll.

Affects Revenue
- Definition: A product setting that determines if the item contributes to revenue totals in reporting. While true for most products, exceptions like gift certificates may not affect revenue.

Amount (1)
- Definition: The dollar value of a booking at the time it was canceled, excluding forced services like environmental fees.

Amount (2)
- Definition: The change in a booking's dollar amount during a call. It is the difference between the booking's value after the call and its value before the call, excluding forced services.

- Definition: The total revenue amount generated from a specific product category.

Amount Due
- Definition: The total outstanding balance on an invoice, calculated as Subtotal + Tax.

Archived
- Definition: Indicates the record has been moved from an active list to a hidden, archived list.

- Definition: The name of the user assigned to the subject of the report (e.g., the user assigned to a lead).

Available Online
- Definition: A "True" or "False" value indicating whether a product is available for customers to select through the online scheduler.

- Definition: A derived attribute calculated as

Average Qty Per Booking
- Definition: A general term depending on the report. For example, on the Percentage of Completed Revenue Bookings with Product report, it is the average quantity of this product only on the bookings where it was sold.

Avg Subtotal Per Booking
- Definition: The average revenue this product generated only on the bookings where it was sold.

Batch Invoice Number
- Definition: For companies using batch invoicing, this is the unique identifier that links a group of individual invoices together.
- Reports: Net 30 Payments, Payments by Payment Date
Booked By
- Definition: The user who created the booking.
- Reports: Completed Jobs, Completed Jobs (By Invoice Date), Upcoming Tags
Booked Call Amount Average
- Definition: A derived attribute calculated as the sum of "Orig. Booked Non-Forced Amount" for all bookings (for a given CSR and date) divided by the "Number of Jobs Booked."

Booked Count
- Definition: The total count of all upcoming and completed bookings linked to a client.
- Reports: All Leads
Booked Revenue
- Definition: The sum of revenue from products on a booking that are marked to "Affect Revenue," reflecting the booking's value at the time the report is run. This should not include Pending Recurring Appointment or Draft jobs.

Booked Revenue Average
- Definition: Total "Booked Revenue" divided by the number of working days. This calculation looks at the original state of the booking, whereas the Booked Revenue report looks at the current state.

Booked Revenue Percent
- Definition: The percentage value of "Booked Revenue," typically grouped by technician.
- Reports: Tech Revenue by Service with Branches, Technician Revenue by Service
Booking Average
- Definition: The total dollar amount booked divided by the number of bookings.

Booking Commission
- Definition: The commission percentage a technician receives from the "Booked Revenue" amount.

Booking Created Date
- Definition: The date a booking was first created.

Booking ID
- Definition: The unique internal ID used in Zr Ware® to identify a specific booking.

Booking Product Count
- Definition: The total number of eligible bookings that included this specific product.

Booking Status (Align the Definition with the Report)
Booking Status (1)
- Definition: The status of a call interaction. Values include: Booked, Cancel, Change, Draft, Estimate Change, Lost Sale, Reschedule, or Undetermined (Usually when they click the green call button but don't perform an action. If there are a lot, can be a red flag that CSR's aren't marking them as Lost Sales).

Booking Status (2)
- Definition: The status of an estimate. "Booked" means the estimate was converted to a revenue job. "Not Booked" means it has not been converted.

Booking Status (3)
- Definition: The status of a booking in relation to an email campaign. Values include: Booked, Cancelled, Completed.

Booking Status (4)
- Definition: The status of a booking associated with a promo code. Values include: Closed, Open.

Booking Status (5)
- Definition: The status of the booking at the time the report is run. Values include: Booked, Cancelled, In Progress, Lost Sale, Completed, or Draft.

Booking Type
- Definition: The type of booking, such as Revenue or Redo.

Booking URL
- Definition: A direct link to the booking page associated with the report row.

- Definition: The number of bookings created by a CSR plus the number of bookings created online. This count excludes lost sales.

Client ID
- Definition: The unique internal ID used in Zr Ware® to identify a client.
