Booking Frequency Report

What is Included in This Report?

Returns booking frequency data for completed, revenue bookings where the appointment date is between the selected range, inclusive.

This report only looks at clients that have at least 2 bookings.

This report includes Commercial and Residential Clients. Commercial type clients can be increasing the numbers on this report.

This report was meant to be run for a date range of 1+ years to get you more accurate data on how frequently clients are booking.

Booking Frequency Report Details

1. Base Name
2. Bookings Per Year - 365.25 / Average Days Between Appts.
3. Average Days Between Appts - This counts the days between appointments and takes the average of those. 
4. Number of Bookings 
5. Number of Clients - Number of unique clients serviced
6. Bookings Per Client - Number of bookings / Number of Clients
7. Earliest Appointment - Earliest appointment in the filtered date range
8. Latest Appointment - Latest appointment in the filtered date range
