From Reporting > Revenue By Email Campaign, select the Report(s) you wish to evaluate
Download the report and focus on the records that have "Click" events and that were booked by the Online Booker, specifically
If you have bookings created by the Online Booker and you know they clicked on a link but none of the bookings are actually sourced as the name of this particular Email Campaign or Automated Journey, this could be a symptom of a configuration problem in Campaign Monitor. See steps below
Diagnosing/Fixing the Problem
Ensure Advanced Analytics are turned on the Client > Settings > Analytics > Advaned Analytics in Campaign Monitor with pattern appCompanyId=[zrware_company_id]&cn=[campaign_name]&cid=[campaign_id]
Ensure links Email Campaign/Automated Journey are actually appending those advanced analytics. You may need to open the email and simply re-save to ensure those get appended
Now preview that Email Campaign/Automated Journey and click on a link to ensure those values are actually being appended
Double check if the landing page references the Zr Ware cookie script on the page
This will store the app_company_id, campaign_id, and campaign_name values using the query parameters from the CM Advanced Analytics in a cookie for better attribution if user comes back in a later session
Assumes they are not browsing incognito, or privately
Finally, Proceed to book an appointment through the Zr Ware Online Booker.
Are you seeing the "How did you hear about us?" on the final page?
Yes?
Check that Admin > Reservations > Ignore all marketing tags and ask the customer for the source is not selected
Double check that the appCompanyId, cn , and cid parameters are in the url OR that the cookie values are present as described above
If both of the above are true, then there could possibly be a bug in the Zr Ware Online Booker

Proceed to Book and validate its sourced as you would expect
Finally, inform Zr Ware support to purge any test bookings you may have created.
