Marketing Reports

Overview

The Marketing page provides users with the Marketing role the ability to generate and download targeted lists of clients and prospects from your Zr Ware® database. These reports are essential for creating customized email campaigns, SMS marketing, and other outreach efforts.

Data Security and Privacy This section contains sensitive client information. Please ensure you handle all exported data in compliance with your company's privacy policy and relevant data protection regulations.

Postal Code Filtering The Clients , Partial Reservations and Prospective Customers reports will only include clients whose postal codes are registered in your system under Admin > Postal Codes.

1. Zr Ware® Clients Report

This report generates a customizable list of your existing clients based on a wide range of criteria. The list is delivered via email to the address of your choice.

Filters & Options

• Search Type: Defines the primary criteria for your search (e.g., by booking date, service date).
• Booking Dates: Specify a date range for client bookings to include in the list.
• Booking Amount: Filter clients based on the total value of their bookings.
• Last Service Date: Isolate clients whose last service falls within a specific date range.
• Options: Select additional data points or attributes to include in the search results.
• Filters: Apply advanced filters to further refine the search results.

Export Options

• Export Type:
  • Standard: Generates the standard client list in a CSV format.
  • Podium: Generates a list pre-formatted for direct upload into Podium.
• Buttons:
  • Reset: Clears all selected criteria and resets the form.
  • Export CSV: Generates the report and emails it to the designated user.

Performance Tip: If you manage a large client database, generating a report with a wide date range may overload the system. We recommend breaking up your search into smaller, more specific date ranges or applying more restrictive filters.

2. Partial Reservations Report

This report targets potential customers who began the online booking process but did not complete it. It is designed to create a list of warm leads that can be uploaded into a platform like Podium for targeted SMS marketing campaigns.

The report includes users who:

1. Started an online reservation within the selected Creation Date Range.
2. Do not have an upcoming, in-progress, or completed booking that was created after their partial reservation attempt.

Filters & Options

• Creation Date Range: The date range when the partial online reservations were created.
• Export Type: Select Podium to export the list in a Podium-compatible format.
• Email: Enter the email address where the report should be sent.

3. SMS Phone Numbers Report

This report generates a list of all clients who have opted-in to receive SMS marketing messages. The list is sent to the email address you provide.

The report automatically excludes any client who meets one of the following conditions:

• Has a "Do Not Contact" status.
• Has an upcoming appointment.
• Has a booking scheduled on or after the date you specify.

Note: If a client is excluded based on the rules above, all other clients who share the same phone number will also be removed from the list to ensure compliance.

4. Prospective Customers Report

This report provides a quick list of potential leads generated from two sources: partial online reservations and lost sales. Unlike the other reports, this list is generated directly on the page, allowing for immediate review and download.
