Report Overview 📜
This report directly measures the financial success of the automated Partial Reservation SMS Follow-Up feature. It identifies customers who received a follow-up text and subsequently created a booking, allowing you to quantify the revenue recovered by this tool.
The report works by finding all follow-up messages sent within your date range and then matching them to any bookings created by the same phone number within 14 days of the message being sent.
Attribution Note: To ensure accuracy and prevent double-counting, if a customer receives multiple follow-up texts in the same month before booking, only the most recent message will be credited with the conversion.
