Upcoming Capacities

What is included in this report?

The Upcoming Capacities report shows route availability day by day for the upcoming weeks. This report is specifically focusing on Arrival Windows(Slots). 

 

This report helps tell us 3 things:

1. If we are short on inbound volume/bookings/lead

2. If we need more techs or routes open

3. Are we being efficient with our routes? Jobs per route.

 

Upcoming Capacities Details

- When running this report, you have the option to run a simplified version that has fewer columns.

1. Date
2. Week Day
3. Open Routes - Number of routes available for the given day.
4. Taken Slots - Number of slots that are filled for the given day.
5. Open Slots - Number of open slots left for the given day.
6. Capacity Already Booked - The percentage of slots that are filled.
7. Number of Jobs Booked 
8. Booked Subtotal 
9. Available Amount - Matches the availability progress bar on the schedule view. This comes from goals set in Admin > Booking and Scheduling.
10. Amount Percentage - Booked Subtotal / Available Amount
11. Available Bookings - Matches the availability progress bar on the schedule view. This comes from goals set in Admin > Booking and Scheduling.
12. Bookings Percentage - Number of Bookings / Available Bookings
13. Used Minutes - Sum of the estimated length of all appointments + the sum of all closure block lengths.
14. Available Minutes - Sum of available minutes for all open routes on a day. This is calculated by taking the Route End Time - The Route Start Time. Can be inflated from routes that are open "all day".
15. Minutes Percentage - Used Minutes / Available Minutes
