Purpose
This report provides a high-level summary of your online reservation performance across your organization. By aggregating data strictly at the company level, it gives you a quick, uncluttered snapshot of how effectively your business locations are converting potential customers into completed appointments.
How to Use This Report
Compare Company Performance: Analyze the data by the Company Name column to see which of your overarching locations or entities are processing the highest volume of completed bookings and which are achieving the best conversion rates.
Identify Macro Drop-off Rates: Compare the Viewed Postal Code and Email column to the Completed column. A large discrepancy here indicates that users are starting the booking process for a specific company but abandoning it before finishing, helping you gauge overall funnel health for that location.
Review Aggregate Totals: Use the summary rows (like the corporate roll-up or the final Totals row) at the bottom of the report to quickly assess the combined performance of all grouped companies within your selected date range.
Report Filters and Data Scope
Before analyzing the data, it is crucial to understand how this report is generated and how you can filter it:
Date Range: The report includes reservations based on their scheduled visit date, not the date the booking was made.
Company-Level Aggregation: This summary version groups your metrics specifically by company. It intentionally strips away granular data (like specific scheduler modes, zones, or postal codes) to give you a clean, top-down view of performance.
Filtering by Location: You can run this report for a single location or across a group of bases, provided you have the appropriate access and permissions configured for those entities.
Understanding the Report Columns
Each column name below links directly to its definition in the main Glossary of Terms. The summary here explains how to use these columns together to analyze performance.
Company Name This column organizes the data by your specific business entities or main locations. Use it to compare overall booking performance between different branches within your organization.
Viewed Postal Code and Email → Completed This is the core conversion funnel shown in the report, summarized by company. Viewed Postal Code and Email shows the total number of people who started the process for that company, while Completed shows how many actually finished scheduling their visit.
Percent This column automatically calculates the conversion rate, showing the percentage of users for that company who started the process and successfully completed it. Use this as your primary metric for comparing the baseline booking efficiency of different companies. A higher percentage indicates better performance.
