User Account Access Audit Report

What is included in this report?

Returns all active users with their accessible locations with the selected role and any deactivated users year to date. It also includes when they were last activated or deactivated in the system.

User Account Access Audit Details

1. Parent Location - The User's parent location
2. User - User's first and last name
3. Username - Username used for login
4. Active - Status of the User Account
5. Last Login(UTC Time) - The timestamp of the last login in UTC time. If this timestamp matches the Last Activated Date Timestamp(Bug in the system), that means they have not logged in yet.
6. Last Activated By - User that activated this account. If it says "Online Booker", that means this account existed before this report was created and we weren't logging this data yet.
7. Last Activated Date(UTC Time) - Last activated date timestamp for this account in UTC time. 
8. Last Deactivated By - The User that deactivated this account last. If this is blank and there is a Last Deactivated Date timestamp, this was deactivated before this report was created and we weren't logging this data.
9. Last Deactivated Date(UTC Time) - The timestamp of the last deactivation for this account in UTC time.
10. Roles - The filtered roles this user has. 
11. Accessible Locations - All locations where this user has the filtered role in.
