Invoice Summary

What is included in this report?

Returns all invoices where the appointment/service date is between the selected range, inclusive. This can be used to help identify when there are differences between Zr Ware and Quickbooks Online or Netsuite

 

Invoice Summary Details

1. Invoice Number
2. Appointment Date - Appointment date for the invoice
3. Service Contact - Service Contact on the invoice
4. Subtotal - Subtotal of the invoice. Original Invoice Subtotal - Refund Subtotal = Subtotal.
5. Tax - Tax on the invoice
6. Total - Invoice total
7. Original Invoice Subtotal - Subtotal of the Original Invoice before changes were made. 
8. Refund Subtotal - Subtotal of refunds on invoice.
