Using the Schedule Overview

The Schedule Overview screen will give you a good picture of what each route looks like each day. This feature is also very beneficial during the routing process and you have all the necessary information to route effectively.

Schedule Overview

1. Route Information - This column contains the route name and the name of the assigned technician.
2. Client Information - This column contains the client information including appointment time and client name, address and phone number.
3. Order Details - This column contains the order details, morning reminder and tags.
4. Date Selector - This allows you to pick the day for which you want to view information.
5. Toggle Print View - This will create a printer friendly version of the Overview.
6. Edit Notes - The blue "Edit Notes" text will open a popup that allows the editing of Booking Notes.

Note: While you can edit the booking notes here (in #6), notes that others have made will not load until the page is refreshed.

In other words, if another user makes a change after you have loaded the page, you will overwrite their notes if you edit the same notes section.
