Update Notes

This section allows you to updated different Notes for the appointment.

1. Morning Reminders is where you enter information that the technician needs to see before he leaves the shop in the morning. e.g. Bring extra long hose.
2. Notes to Technicians is where you enter information that the technician will see as he is on the way to the job or is on the job site. e.g. Gated community, code is 7895.
3. Dispatch Notes. Notes entered here will appear for dispatch when they are routing jobs.

Please be very professional in what you write in the notes sections. Do not store any credit card or other financial information in these notes.
