What Is Zendesk?

Zendesk is the platform we use to hold our documentation for Zr Ware™ and manage our support tickets.

How do I sign into Zendesk?

Inside Zr Ware™, click on the link to access the support or documentation.

Click on the Sign in option at the top right hand corner of the page

If you are not already signed in, a login box will appear. When logging in/creating an account:

Use the same email address you use to log into Zr Ware™.

Make sure it's a real email address that you have access to.

1. If you have already created an account with a password, login here.
2. If you have forgotten your password, click 'Forgot my password'.
3. If you have never sent in a support ticket and communicated with support, click 'Sign Up'.
4. If you have sent in support tickets, click 'Get a password' and use the same email address you used to send in the support tickets.

Once you are logged into Zendesk, you can view/reply to tickets you have sent.
