What is Included in This Report?

This report includes all calls of type "booked" in this franchise, that occurred between the given dates. It also includes partial reservations that were then completed by a CSR.

Bookings By Days Booked Out Details

Base Name: Name of the base for which the data in the row applies to.

CSR Name: The name of the CSR with the booked calls.

0-1: The appointment is 0-1 days after the date the call happened, inclusive.

2-3: The appointment is 2-3 days after the date the call happened, inclusive.

4-5: The appointment is 4-5 days after the date the call happened, inclusive.

6-14: The appointment date is 6 to 14 days after the call date, inclusive.

15+:. The appointment date is 15 or more days after the call date.

Total: The total number of booked calls for this user, that occurred between the given date range.

Percentage: The percent of booked calls each user had for the company.
