-
# Records Pending: Indicates system actions that are currently processing.

4. Reading the Graphs
Each KPI card displays:
Graph Title: The name of the metric.
The Goal: Your target number.
Pie Chart: Visual representation of progress.
4 - 6. Current Numbers: Raw data for Daily, Monthly, and Yearly performance.
5. Understanding the Colors
The dashboard uses color logic based on whether the goal is an Increasing Goal (higher is better) or a Decreasing Goal (lower is better).
A. Increasing Goals (e.g., Revenue, Sales)
You want these numbers to be high.
The Numbers:
Green: You are above the "Good" level.
Yellow: You are between the "Warning" and "Good" levels.
Red: You are below the "Warning" level.
The Pie Chart:
Light Blue: Progress made toward the goal so far.
Grey: The remaining amount needed to reach the goal.
-
Green: Indicates the goal has been met.
Partially Green: You have exceeded the goal (up to 200%).
Fully Green Circle: You have exceeded the goal by more than 200%.
B. Decreasing Goals (e.g., Cancellations, Redos)
You want these numbers to be low.
The Numbers & Pie Chart:
Green: You are below the "Good" level (Excellent performance).
Yellow: You are above the "Good" level but below the "Warning" level.
Red: You are above the "Warning" level (Action required).
6. Performance Tracking (The Red Line)
Some scorecards feature a Red Hypothetical Line and a colored arrow. This is your "Pacing Indicator."
What it means: This line calculates where you should be based on actual worked days. It answers the question: "For the days we actually worked, did we meet the daily goal?"
Colored Arrow: Indicates if you are currently trending above or below this pacing line.
Calculations:
Monthly (Month-to-Date):
(Working Days = Actual days with an open, in-progress, or completed booking)
Yearly (Year-to-Date):
