Tech KPI Settings

The Tech KPI Dashboard and it's Admin Setting screen are turned on by HQ. 

1. Performance Settings

• You can select here whether the KPI averages go off of the system averages or your base averages.
  

2. Automatically split tips

• This setting only shows up if the "Tip" feature is turned on.
• Turning this on will split any tips between all of the technicians assigned to the jobs. This will show up in the Tech KPI Dashboard and in the Tech Tip report.
• If this is turned off, tips will go to the primary technician only.
  
  

3. Hide negative comments from technician's view

• Turning this on will hide any detractor comments.
  
• Checking the 'Display Message: Talk to Management' box will give the tech a message that they need to talk to management to see the detractor feedback.
