The ZR Ware® mobile app provides users with a variety of tools to manage their day, view performance metrics, and access key business data from a mobile device. The specific applications and pages that a user can access are determined by their roles and permissions within ZR Ware®.
Note: The app is a mobile web application and can be accessed by navigating to zrware.com/mobile on your phone.

Core Functionality
Changing Bases
In most applications, you can change the base you are currently logged into. To do so, tap the base name in the top left-hand corner of the screen. A dropdown menu of all available bases will appear.
Note: If you are in the technician part of the application and you are assigned to jobs in one base but you are switching to other bases you have access to, we will keep y
- Advertising App: In the Advertising application, the list of available bases is always visible in the left-hand menu.
Mobile Application Menu
The following is an overview of the applications and pages accessible from the main mobile menu:
Appointment
This application is primarily used by technicians and is a part of the "Technician Application." Tapping this option takes you directly to the Appointment screen for your next assigned job.
Morning Reminders
Also part of the "Technician Application," this is typically the first page that loads when a technician logs in. It displays a list of critical items and notes from dispatch that are relevant before starting the day.
Schedule
This screen provides a technician with a clear view of all their jobs for the day.
- Note: The schedule view may be unavailable if the office has not yet released jobs for the day, or if the user's permissions restrict their access. Users need the "Technician - Show All Bookings on Schedule" permission to see all jobs for the day.
Performance Dashboard
The Tech Performance Dashboard is designed to give technicians the ability to monitor their own Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) directly from their mobile devices.
Managers, or users with the 'Tech KPI Leadership View' permission can view all techs KPI's from this view.
Reporting
The Mobile Reporting Application is available to any user with the "Reports - Mobile" permission. This page provides a breakdown of a base's key performance indicators, including:
- Daily Jobs
- Revenue
- Sourcing
- Cancellations
- Re-schedules
- Re-services
- Roll Call
You can filter the data by different date ranges and departments. Tapping on a specific KPI allows you to drill down into the details for that date or date range.
- Daily Jobs: To view this section, a user needs the "Technician - Daily Jobs" permission. Secondary technicians must have the "Technician - Daily Jobs - Show All Technicians" permission to see the jobs they were attached to.
- Sourcing: Users must have the "Technician - Sourcing" permission to view this section.
Group Reporting
If you have access to reporting for multiple bases that are part of a reporting group, you can view combined reports. To access these, simply tap on a group name from the left-side menu.
Advertising
Users who have the "Advertising App - View" permission can access the Mobile Advertising App. This application displays key metrics such as Cost Per Order (CPO), Return on Investment (ROI), and Job Average for various job source types (e.g., Media, Referral, Other, and Repeat).
Tapping on a specific source type allows you to view more detailed data and share that information with others.
Change Password
This is where users can navigate to securely change their password for the ZR Ware® application.
Sign Out
Tap this option to securely log out of the ZR Ware® application.
