What is the Tech Performance Dashboard?
The Tech Performance Dashboard gives technicians the ability to monitor their own Key Performance Indicators from their own mobile devices.
Admins can adjust some of the settings for this dashboard in Admin > Tech KPI Settings.
Where can I find the Tech Performance Dashboard?
The Dashboard can be found inside the Technician App's navigation sidebar.
Navigating and Understanding the Tech Performance Dashboard
At the top of the page are filters allowing you to filter your for your desired data.
If you are a manager with the 'Tech KPI Leadership View' permission, you can filter and see individual technician KPI's.
At the bottom of each page is the navigation bar which gives technicians a quick and easy way to navigate throughout the Dashboard.

1. Home
Clicking on Home will take you back to the Tech App.
If your base is using the system to help with payroll, you will see the words "Pay" instead of "Home". Clicking on this will take you to a page where you can see your payroll.
2. Performance
The Performance page has three tabs.
2.1. KPI Charts
Technicians can view their KPI's on this page. Clicking on each KPI will pull up a larger view of the KPI's chart and data at the bottom of the page.
- Colored numbers and arrows represent whether or not you are above or below your individual average.
- The red line on some of the KPI's comes from the goals you set in Admin > KPI Dashboard
- The blue dotted line represents your base or system average depending on your settings in Admin > Tech KPI Settings.
- * means there is a special calculation being used.

2.2. Leaderboard
The Leaderboard allows technicians to see where they stand system or base wide in several key areas.
Note: Admins can change
The logged in technician will find their row highlighted on the table. Their highlighted row will stay in view as they scroll through the list.
Technicians can click on column headers to sort the results.
The System Avg. will not show up for non U.S. companies.

2.3. Top 100
The Top 100 tab allows technicians to see the metrics for the top 100 performing technicians in the Residential department.
Technicians can use the checkbox above the table to filter the table into showing data for the selected year to the end of the selected month.
The technicians highlighted name will stick to the list as they scroll up or down.

3. NPS
Technicians can view a breakdown of their NPS scores on this screen.
The NPS screen has two sections.
- Net Promoter Score
- NPS - Customer Feedback
- This table shows all customer NPS scores and feedback within the selected date range.
- Some of the feedback comments may be censored by L360 if it has personal information or improper language.
4. Tips
Only visible if your base has the Tip Feature turned on. This screen provides the technicians with a breakdown of their monthly tips.
Technicians can:
- See their YTD tip total
- Compare this years tip earnings to the previous years.
- View their current months tip total (MTD - Month to Date).
5. History
Technicians can view month by month data on key metrics.
