Zr Ware® > Admin > Documents
This section allows you to create and modify documents. These documents can then be attached to emails configured in Admin > Message Center. Currently, the primary use case for these documents is attaching them to emails sent to leads.
- Click on "Create New Template" to create a new document or click on the name of an existing template to modify it.
- Give the template a name.
- Choose if you want to require a signature on this template.
- Choose if you want to include the organizations logo at the top of the document.
- Modify the body of the document. You can add tokens from the right hand side in the document by clicking on them.
