- Search for the client by phone number or name.
- Select the appointment that your or the customer is calling to confirm from the list that appears below.
- Click Select Appointment. The Change confirmation status menu will appear.
This will open the booking screen for the selected appointment. You can modify any of the information on the booking.
Once the updated information has been entered on the booking, click the "Update Booking".
You will be directed to the confirmation screen letting you know that the modifications were saved successfully.
