Overview
The Morning Reminders page provides a consolidated, at-a-glance view of all critical notes for a specific day, compiled across all technicians. It is designed to ensure technicians are fully prepared with the correct information and equipment before starting their routes.
These reminders are automatically generated from two sources:
- Tags added to a booking.
- Specific "Morning Reminder" notes entered on a booking.
Important Note: When a technician logs into the Zr ware™ mobile app, the first screen they see displays these special notes (Tags determined by Company setting). This workflow ensures they are immediately aware of any special requirements for the day's jobs before they leave the office.
Accessing Morning Reminders
- Navigate to the Dashboard from the main Zr ware™ menu.
- Select the Morning Reminders tab.
Understanding the Layout
The page displays a table with the day's reminders. To view reminders for a different day, use the calendar located in the top-right corner of the page.
Table Columns
- Technician: The name of the scheduled technician.
- Route: The name or identifier of the assigned route.
- Time: The scheduled arrival window for the appointment.
- Client: The name of the client for the booking.
- Phone: The client's primary contact number(s) on file.
Notes/Tags: A compilation of all special instructions and relevant tags associated with the job.
