Understanding the Advertising Report 📜
The Advertising Report provides a detailed breakdown of your advertising performance and cost-effectiveness. Use this report to understand which campaigns are driving revenue, measure profitability, and calculate your return on investment (ROI) for each source.
Important Note on Department Filtering
While this report can be filtered by department, please be aware that the Cost column is not dynamically updated when a department filter is applied. The "Cost" figure always reflects the total cost for the entire source, not a departmental subset.
Date Tracking Discrepancies
- Bookings and Cancellations are based on the call date. Because of this, cancellations may not directly correlate with the bookings shown in your date range (e.g., a cancellation could belong to a booking that happened before the report’s start date).
- Number of Jobs and Total Revenue are based on the appointment date. Because this uses a different date metric than Bookings, the numbers have no direct relation within a given timeframe.

Ideas on How to Use This Report 💡
- Identify Top Performers: Sort by ROI or Total Revenue to see which sources are the most profitable and are driving the most business.
-
Find Inefficiencies: Look for sources with a high CPO or a high Cancel %. These may be areas where your ad spend is not effective or where the quality of leads is low.
