1. Reservice Reasons
If you would like your technicians to select a reason for a re-service, you can customize the list here.
Click the + sign to add new reasons

2. Re-service Survey Questions
This is where re-service questions can be defined. These re-service questions are for the tech doing the re-service. Not the customers.

2.1. Add
- Question - The question that will be asked to the re-do tech in the re-service survey.
- Type - The type of answer that is given to the question. Can be Rating (1-5), Text, or Yes/No.
To edit an existing question, it must be deleted and re-created.
To re-order the the order in which the re-service survey questions are presented to the re-do tech, use the arrows to drag the question into the correct order. Questions at the top of the list are displayed first.
