The Postal Codes page, located under Admin > Postal Codes, provides a comprehensive list of all postal codes associated with your base.

Understanding the Table Columns

Here's a breakdown of the information presented in the table:

• Postal Code: The specific postal code.

• Latitude: The geographical latitude coordinate for the postal code.

• Longitude: The geographical longitude coordinate for the postal code.

• Status: This indicates the current ownership or service agreement for a postal code:

  • Owned: These postal codes are officially owned by your base.

  • Pending Purchase: These postal codes have been agreed upon for service. Depending on the volume of service provided, your base may be required to purchase these postal codes in the future.

• Zone: This refers to the designated zone within Zr Ware to which the postal code is assigned.

Managing Postal Codes

• Only System Admins have the authority to add or edit postal codes.
• If you need to perform a job outside of your assigned territory, please contact support. They can add the necessary postal code for you, provided it is not already owned by another base.
• The icon to the right of the Zone Assignment filter lets you download a list of your postal codes.
