Each row in this report represents a call record of type Reschedule for a revenue job, where the Old Appointment Date is in the given date range.

Reschedule Details

The Old prefix refers to the booking before it was rescheduled.

The New prefix refers to the booking after it was rescheduled.

Therefore, Old Appointment Date refers to the Appointment Date of the booking before it was rescheduled and New Booked Revenue refers to the revenue of the booking after it was rescheduled.
