Waiver Service Notice Link
Currently, transactional texting rules do not apply to the Waiver link texts. Customers can't opt-out of receiving these if they are sent.
This article explains the workings of the waiver service notice link that can be received by customers via text from technicians.
The waiver service notice screen that the customer sees is very similar to what the technician would see on waiver section of the tech app. The difference is that the customer is only able to view completed waivers (shown with a green check mark to the left) and waivers that still need to be completed by the customer (shown with no green check mark).
1. Completed Waivers
When a customer taps on a completed waiver link they will either be given the option to download a pdf version of the waiver link or it will download automatically.
2. Waivers waiting to be completed
When a customer taps on a waiver waiting to be completed link they will be redirected to a page where they can continue filling out and sign the waiver. Any required fields will be highlighted in yellow. When the customer is finished filling out and signing the waiver it will show a green check mark in the customers waiver service notice link and a black check mark in the tech app.
