Why Don't I See New Texting Features?

If you don't see the Bell Icon or the "Send SMS Reminder" button anywhere, it is likely because Texting Features have not been turned on yet in Admin → Texting.

An Admin will need to turn that on. After it has been turned on, Texting Features will be enabled.
