The User Invoice Link is a link that can be sent to customers that lets them go through the payment flow on their own devices.
User Invoice Link through Email
This section explains the workings of the user invoice link that can be received by customers through the job completed email.
If you are a Zr Ware® user that does not have access to edit transactional emails in Campaign Monitor, you can send in a support ticket or work with your campaign monitor representative to include a button that will link the customer to a site where they can go through the payment flow and make a card only payment.
You also have the option to have certain text appear on the job completed email if the invoice is not paid. Example text: "Please mail any check payments to 23 S Main st....."
If the invoice is paid, that text will not show up.

If you have access to edit Campaign Monitor transactional emails, we have tokens for the User Invoice Link and the conditional text for unpaid invoices.
[InvoiceLinkURLOnly] is the token for the User Invoice Link button

User Invoice Link through Texting
This section explains the workings of the user invoice link that can be received by customers via text messaging from technicians and CSR's.
The invoice screen that the customer sees is very similar to what the technician would see on the tech app. The difference is that the customer cannot make changes to products and services.
There are 3 different ways this link may appear to the customer, depending on what kind of booking they have.
User Invoice Link Info
- When the customer is making a payment, the User Invoice Link screen will show the Commercial/Company name instead of the service contact name when requesting payment from Commercial clients.
- The payment flow from the User Invoice Link will not ask the customer to return the phone to the tech.
1. Revenue Jobs
For revenue jobs, the customer can review services here. Once the technician or CSR has sent the customer an invoice link and released invoice approval the customer can navigate through the normal payment flow by pressing the "Approve Invoice" button at the bottom of the screen.
After the invoice has been fully paid, the customer can download a link containing their PDF invoice by using the "Download Invoice" link at the bottom of the screen.
2. Estimates
Estimates simply display the estimate. If the franchise requires estimate signatures, the customer may sign.
Once the customer has signed, if applicable, a link will be given at the bottom ("Download Estimate") to download the PDF estimate like they would normally get in an email.
3. Re-services
Re-services allow the customer to review the re-service and sign, if the franchise requires a signature for re-services. Otherwise, they can go straight to completing the re-service survey.
Re-services allow the customer to complete the re-service survey by using the "View Survey" button at the bottom of the screen.
This then allows them to complete the re-service survey, as configured in Admin > Reservice's.
