Product Categories (Admin)
Where to find it? - Go to Admin > Product Categories
This is where product category templates are defined. Changes made here will only affect your company.
Update
Edit the Product Category.
Add
Click on the +Add button: This allows you to add a new Product Category and set the online availability.
Update
Click on a Category name: This allows you to change the name of the Product Category and the online availability.
- When you update the text of an existing product category and click save it will flag the internal task queue table to resync all client data for your company.
Available Online
View if the Product Category is available online or not. You can change this when updating or adding a product category.
Display Order
This is the order in which the categories display in the online scheduler. You can drag and drop to reorder. This feature is only available with the new 2021 Online Reservation modes.
Delete
Deletes the Product Category.
