Azuga

Fleet Tracking comes from a company called Azuga. If this is something you want, you will need to reach out to Azuga and get an API Key. They will give you the key and devices you can attach to your vehicles that will collect metrics. Speed, cost per mile, location..etc. You can ask them for more information about this. 

In Zr Ware®

You will input the API Key in Admin > Fleet Tracking. When you have the devices in the vehicles and the drivers set up, you should be able to use the API Call in the Fleet Tracking Management window to view some of the metrics.

In the Schedule View

Selecting the target icon you can assign a vehicle name to a route.

You can also assign a driver to the vehicle. This is if you want to keep track of the driver’s metrics.

 

Checking the route box causes the pins to appear with the ordered jobs assigned on that route and then a second later the current job pin will appear where the technician is currently working.

Note: This does not update automatically. You will need to refresh the page to get the current status.

In Admin > Message Center

There is now a token that you can attach to messages sent to customers with a link that will update customers where the vehicle is. This is currently only used in the ETA Text.
