Set up
Podium reviews can be set up in Admin > Reviews by choosing 'Podium' for your application to send NPS Feedback Surveys.

Every franchise should already have the Podium Location Id's. You can test the connection by clicking on the API Call drop down and selecting one of the options.
Make sure you click the Save Changes & Reload button after switching to 'Podium'!
Process
When a job is closed a review will be sent out if:
- The job's job type is revenue or any other job type you choose to receive a review in Admin > Reviews.
- The 'Send Review Text' option is marked before closing.

The customer will receive a text message similar to the one shown below where they can click on the link and leave a review.
Around 24 hours later the customer will receive another text message asking them to rate their experience with automated replies when they text back.
Podium Application
Podium account owners can monitor the messages through the Podium application. Automations > Automation Monitoring.
Make sure all technicians are employees in podium with the same email address. That includes franchises that use special email addresses like commercial@zerorez.com.
