The Reviews page is where you setup what service and job type will be sending out NPS feedback surveys. 

Note: This is for NPS feedback surveys. Text messages will still be sent to customers asking for Google/Facebook reviews.

  1. Job Types - This is where you choose what job types will receive an NPS feedback survey.
  2. Review Service - This is where you choose what service will send out the NPS feedback survey.
  3. Upload CVS - Here you can upload a csv that was generated by L360. This will update the scoreboard snapshot with the selected start and end dates below.
  4. Save Changes & Reload - This will save your desired settings.
