Quality Control Survey Questions

The Quality Control Survey Admin page is made visible through Admin > Company > Company. 





The admin page is found at Admin > Quality Control Survey Questions

This is where you can create/Activate/Deactivate Quality Control Survey Questions. These questions will show up for the customers before they make any payment through the Tech App or User Invoice Link.

Add Question

Clicking on the button will open up a screen to create a Quality Control Survey Question.

• Type out the question
• Choose what type of question it is
• Choose what departments you want this question to show up for. For example: If you choose Residential and Ducts, this question will show up for customers who booked services from the Residential or Duct department.

 

Activate/Deactivate Question

Clicking on the gears icon to open the edit screen.

Change Order of Questions

By grabbing and dragging question up or down you can change the order in which they will appear to the customer.

1. Answers to the Quality Control Questions can be found in the Quality Control Question Report.
2. You can access a jobs Questions from the Action drop down menu.
3. Customers will fill out the questions through the tech app or the user invoice link.
