Create and Close Invoice Feature

What is this feature?

This feature allows a user to quickly send an invoice/estimate to a customer. It creates a revenue/non-revenue booking in the system without the routing process.

 

Setup

The feature is a company feature turned on by a Zr Ware™ system administrator. Please send in a support ticket to have this feature enabled.

Process

When a user loads the booking screen they will see a few new options:

1. Email Setting - Send Job Completed Email on Create and Close

   • Allows for the creation of the invoice without any notifications.

   • If this IS checked, it will attempt to send the Job Completed/Estimate Emails to every email on the Billing Contact.
   • If this is NOT checked it will prevent a Podium review invitation from going out.
   • No Confirmation emails will be sent out for these bookings.
2. Create and Close Invoice Button

   • This will create the booking in the system on the selected date.

   • The booking will not be routed.

   • The user performing the action will be assigned as the primary technician.

   • The final invoice will be created and closed in this action.

   • The Estimate/Final Invoice email notification will go out based on your email settings shown in step 1 above.
