Client Record Bulk Import

Zr Ware® has the ability to upload client records in bulk.

Zr Ware® > Client Tab > Upload button

Requirements and warnings:

• It is recommended that you use the template provided to guide you on how the file should look.
• CSV file
• You don't have to fill out the company name when uploading Residential clients.
• Most columns are required except for the Company Name on the Residential upload, the Phone Ext, Street 2 and the Postal Code Ext.
• This does not check for duplicates. If the client already exists in Zr Ware, it will create a duplicate.
• It will upload all clients into the base that you are logged into.
