Callback Subscriptions
Found in Admin > Subscriptions.
Callback subscriptions allow clients to sign up to have recurring callbacks. Admins can choose if they want to give customers or techs the option to sign up for callback subscriptions from the tech app.

Subscription Callbacks will show up with a green background in the Customer Contact Actions > Callbacks modal and in the Dashboard > Callbacks tab.
