Subscriptions
The Admin > Subscriptions page is where you can turn on/off different subscriptions or recurring events that are available in Zr Ware®.
Subscription Types Available:
Only one of these can be turned on at a time.
-
Callback Subscriptions
-
Customer or Technician can set subscription from the technicians device.
- Unchecking this box will make it so if the technician hands the customer the technicians device, it will not give the customer the option to sign up for the callback subscription. This is to prevent technicians from keeping the device and opting into callback subscriptions for customers without their knowledge. This does not remove the opt in option from the User Invoice Link that should be going directly to the customers phone.

Categories to exclude on next recurring appointment creation
- Checking one of these boxes will make it so any services that are apart of the checked category will not be added onto any recurring appointments that are created.
- Forced services will be added no matter the category they are in.

- None
- If you turn both the Appointment and Callback subscriptions off, all future recurring appointments and recurring callbacks will be removed. You may need to resave the subscriptions in this state if you are still seeing subscriptions on clients.
Subscription Migration Rules:
- Callback -> Appointment
- When you toggle Callbacks off and Recurring Appointments on, existing callback subscriptions will remain, and you will have the option to manually migrate any Callback Subscriptions over to Recurring Appointments.
- Appointment -> Callback
- If you turn on the Callback Subscription right when you turn off the Appointment Subscription and click save, Appointment Subscriptions will migrate to Callback Subscriptions automatically. If you click save after turning off the Appointment Subscription without turning on the Callback Subscription, it will remove all subscriptions from the client.
- Warning! If you have the Recurring Appointments turned on and switch to using the Callback Subscription, make sure you deactivate any incentive promo codes you created for the Recurring Appointments or they'll show up for the Callback Subscription options.
After saving these settings, make sure users refresh their page to get the updated set up.
