Zones

Admin > Zones is used to set Tax Rates, Minimums and to help with Routing.

1. Zone Name - The name of the zone. You can click on this and edit most of the zone attributes and settings.

2. Status -  If a zone is active, there will be a checkmark next to the zone name.

3. Zone Color - You can assign a background color for this zone here.

4. Zone Text - You can assign a text color for this zone here. Make sure the text is visible on the background color.

5.  County - The County this zone is in. If your area doesn't have a county you can use the zone name.

6.  Tax Rate - Different zones may have different tax rates.  This allows you to charge the correct amount of sales tax for the zones.

7.  Minimum - Use this if you would like to set a minimum booking amount for the zone. You can set a minimum for each department your company uses. The booking will use the department minimum with the highest priority. You can set the priority in Admin > Departments.

8.  Zip Codes - Here you can view/add/delete zip codes from zones.

• When adding make sure the zip code has been added to your company first. You can submit a support ticket if you need this done.
• If the zip code belongs to your company it will show up in a drop down list when you start typing it out in the 'Add Postal Code(s)' field. Make sure you click on it in the drop down list.
• You can add multiple zip codes.
• Click the 'Add' button when you are ready for the zip codes to be added to the zone.
• You can view the paged list of zip codes that are in this zone here.
• You can use the search field to search for any zip codes that are in this zone. 

9.  Add  - Here you can add a new zone. The modal will look very similar to the Edit Zone modal you see when you click on an existing zone name.

10. Assign Minimums - Here you can assign zone minimums to multiple zones at once.

11. Toggle Selected - Click to toggle a zone from active to inactive or vice versa. Make sure you check the box next to the zone name that you want to toggle the status of.

12. Search - Use this field to search all zones.

13. Filter - Use this field to filter zones by status.
