The Departments page allows you to view and manage the specific business departments enabled for your base in Zr Ware. From here, you can activate new departments and organize how they appear across your system.
Enabling Departments
This section displays a list of all available departments.
View Status: You can instantly see which departments are currently active for your franchise.
Enable a Department: To activate a new department, check the box next to its name.
⚠️ CRITICAL WARNING: Enabling a department is permanent. Once you check a box to enable a department, you cannot undo this action. Please double-check that you are selecting the correct department before proceeding.
Department Priority
You can control the order in which departments appear to your customers and staff (e.g., on the Estimate page, Scheduling page, or "Did We Get Everything Right?" page).
Change Order: Click and drag a department to move it up or down the list.
Splitting Reservations: If you split online reservations by department, this list determines the display order for the client.
Troubleshooting: If your priority list does not show numbers, try dragging and dropping any department. This usually resets the list and restores the numbering.
