Company Settings
This page is divided into three sections: Company Information, Company Features, and Company Local Settings & File Type. Please review each section carefully.
Company Information
This section contains essential details about your company, which are used throughout Zr Ware® and at headquarters. Please keep this information up-to-date.
- Company Name: Your company's full legal name.

Short Name:
- For Non-Batch Invoicing: This value prefixes invoice numbers in some reports and item names/invoice numbers when syncing with linked accounting software.
- For Batch Invoicing: This value prefixes invoice numbers in some reports and item names/invoice numbers when syncing with linked accounting software. Important: If your base uses Batch QuickBooks Online sync and has not previously configured a short name, do not provide a value here.
- Address: Your company's primary street address.
- Address Verification: Verify your address using Google or manually.
- Phone: Your company's primary phone number.
- Text Phone: Your company's phone number for text messages.
- Alt Phone: An alternative company phone number.
- Contact: The main point of contact for this company.

Contact Email: Used for any company email tokens in the message center. Email informing about any QBO/Netsuite sync errors will be sent to this email.
- Contingency Email: The daily schedule will be emailed to this address each night.
- Website: Your company's official website URL.
- Online Scheduling Website: The URL for your company's online scheduling portal.
- Vans Owned: The number of vans owned by the company. Visible only to HQ users.
- Review Text URL: The URL to your preferred review site. This is used in the "Review Text" sent to customers, if configured.
- Default Booking Type: Select the default booking type (revenue/non-revenue) for new jobs. Visible only to HQ users.
- Start Date: The "Go Live" date for this base. Only HQ Admins can edit this field.
- Estimated Population: The estimated population in your company's service area. Enter as a whole number without commas (e.g., 100000). Visible only to HQ users.
Company Features Section
- 100% Upsell for Residential Estimates: Check the box if you want to give your technicians 100% upsell on all residential estimates. This goes off the client type, not the department services.
- 100% Upsell for Commercial Estimates: Check the box if you want to give your technicians 100% upsell on all commercial estimates. This goes off the client type, not the department services.
- Add-On Dashboard: Check this box to enable the Add-On Dashboard report on the Dashboard.
- Default to Card View on Schedule: Check the box if you want your schedule to default to the card view instead of the map view. When this happens we hide the google maps until you click on 'Select All' or check a route.
- Make Tech Notes Mandatory: Check the box if you do not want to allow your technicians to close a job unless Tech Notes have been entered. These notes will have a minimum character requirement of 10.
- Require Credit Card Signature: Check the box if you want to require a credit card signature on credit card transactions. If this box is unchecked, your technicians will be able to bypass the signature.
- Require Reservice Signature: Check the box if you want to require the Customer to provide a signature before the technician can close a Re-service.
- Require Reservice Photos: Check this box to restrict the technician from closing a re-service without first uploading re-service photos.
- Require ETA to Close a Job: If checked, the technician cannot close the job until he or she provides an ETA.
- Require Signature to Close an Estimate: If checked, a technician who is completing an estimate cannot close it until the customer signs.
- On Job/Estimate Completed email, attach invoice, waivers, and images as PDF (attach all download urls as PDFs): When this is checked and you are using campaign monitors Completed Jobs email it will attach the invoice, waivers and images in pdf form to that email being sent out as long as the total size of all the attachments are below 15.72864 MB. If the size is not below that mark, only the invoice will be attached. It will still include links to download the invoice, waivers and images.
- Include arrival windows in calendar events: If this is checked, the confirmation emails with ics files attached that are sent out will also include the arrival window. If it is not checked, it will be an all day event.
- Tech can add/edit/deselect email before closing invoice/estimate: If this is checked, a technician can add a new email, change the existing email for a client or deselect email checkboxes when closing an invoice.
- Technicians can add/delete/modify forced services: If this is checked, technicians can add, update, and delete forced services. If it is not checked, technicians cannot add, modify, or delete forced services.
- Require Payment to Close Job: If this is checked, techs will be required to add a payment before the job can be closed. If it is unchecked, they can close the job without adding a payment. Note that payment does not need to be made in full before the job can be closed.
- Automatically split bookings by department on the booking screen: Check this to force splitting by department on the booking screen.
- Add all booking tags to client record and all client tags to bookings when bookings are created: Check this box to automatically add all tags from a booking to the client record and to add all client tags to bookings when they are created. If this is unchecked, tags on a booking will not automatically be added to the client record and client tags will not automatically be added to bookings.
- Send confirmation emails when confirmation status changes from None to something else or if the arrival window changes in the confirmation status popup: If this is checked, it will do what it says. Otherwise, it will not.

Online Reservation Alert: To enable this setting you will need to check the box by Online Reservation Alert and then enter a list of comma-separated emails in the text field that appears. This setting does two things when enabled.
- The wait period before sending this email out is determined in Admin > Reservations > Online Reservation Notifications.
- Whenever a user finalizes a reservation/booking online, an email alert is sent to the provided email.

Commercial Contact Alert: The Commercial Contact Alert feature works the same way as the Online Reservation Alert feature above. The only difference is that it applies to commercial reservations instead of residential ones.

A commercial reservation request alert will look like the following.

- Tips: Check this box if you want to give customers the ability to give technicians tips. Tips cannot be given if the box is unchecked. This is an optional step on the payment flow through the Tech App and User Invoice Link. This will also give users who can access the action drop downs a link to modify tips.
- Quality Control Survey: Check this box to enable the Quality Control Survey. This is an optional step on the payment flow through the Tech App and User Invoice Link.
- Point of Sale App Enabled: If this feature is enabled, technicians will have the ability to launch the point of sale app that allows them to use credit-card-processing devices. If this feature is not enabled, they will not be able to use the feature.
- Prevent Release Jobs until all jobs from the past 7 days have been closed: This feature prevents jobs from being released if there are unclosed jobs within the last 7 days. Note: Techs who have the 'Technician - Show Unreleased Bookings' permission checked will still see jobs that are not released.
- Enable tags in reminders: Check this box to show booking tags in the morning reminders section of the tech app.

Bookings can have multiple appointment dates: Allows bookings to have multiple appointment dates. This specifically adds an Add Appointment Date link to the Booking interface that lets agents add multiple appointment dates to be scheduled.

- Default callback date in days from current date in the tech app: When the tech is setting up a callback date from the tech app after a revenue job, this is how many days out the default date will be set at.

Company Local Settings & File Type
Configure localization and file type preferences for your company.
- Timezone: Zr Ware® resets each night at 12:00 AM based on the selected timezone.

Country: Specific settings are applied based on the selected country (e.g., postal codes, county system).
- England: Invoices will not display a tax line. Online Scheduler address inputs are adjusted for the UK address system.
- Language Locale: Determines the language displayed on all customer-facing screens.
- Currency: Sets the currency code for the franchise, enabling reports to convert to US dollars for comparison.
- File Type: The default file type used for reports in the Reporting tab.
Remember to click "Save Changes and Reload" after making any modifications on this page.
