Organization

This screen allows you to make changes pertaining to your organization as a whole.

1. Name - The name of your organization.
2. Phone - The phone number of your organization. This number can be used for marketing purposes.
3. Website - The website for your organization. This is used in the online scheduler.
4. Franchise Website - The franchising website for your organization. This is also used in the online scheduler.
5. Documentation Website - The documentation website for your organization. This is the link that will be used when users click on the blue link in the top right corner of the screen.
6. Admin Documentation Website - This is the documentation website for the admin section of the documentation. it is also available in the top right corner of the screen, but only on admin screens.
7. Support Request Website - URL to send in support tickets
8. Known Issues Website - URL to the Known Issues article. This article provides users with information on known issues with the system.
9. Campaign Monitor Admin API Key - This is the admin API key to be used to link with Campaign Monitor.

12. Daily Scorecard Subscribers - An email is sent to the provided emails here with a copy of the Daily Email Scorecard report.

    • You can run the Company Contact Info report to see all franchise contact info. Only visible to Org admins.
