Call Reasons

This screen allows you to define call reason templates that will automatically be added to a new company when a new company is created.

These templates will not affect existing call reasons for existing companies, and are only used for new companies that are created after these are defined.

1. Create/Update
2. Delete - Click the trash icon to delete one of the templated call types.

Define the following information.

1. Reason. The description for the call reason.
2. Call Type. The call type that this will be used for. Can be Lost Sale, Cancel, or Reschedule.
