This is where re-service question templates can be defined for use when creating a new franchise. These questions are used to automatically populate a new franchise when it is created.

Edits here do not affect the re-service questions of existing franchises.

Question - The question that will be asked to the customer when they complete the re-service survey.
Type - The type of answer that is given to the question. Can be Rating (1-5), Text, or Yes/No.

To edit an existing question, it must be deleted and re-created.

To re-order the the order in which the re-service survey questions are presented to the customer, use the arrows to drag the question into the correct order. Questions at the top of the list are displayed first.
